OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE TO CANIDATES LIVING IN THE SOUTH/NORTH EAST/MID ATLANTIC REGIONS ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop and implement comprehensive quarterly and annual sales training plans that support Westlake's sales objectives. Monitor effectiveness of training techniques and suitability of training programs. Train Provide up-to-date training handouts, slides, and videos to the sales force. Review and purchase potential sales contracts during dealer visits. Participate in Regional meetings, trade shows, Regional activities, special events and seminars. Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & LICENSES: Strong supervisory and management skills. Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills. Advanced PC skills; ability to work with multiple platforms.
