Job Description Mechanical EngineerCharleston, SCDirect Hire/ Permanent Placement100k-150k, Hybrid, Full Benefits, 401k match, etc. This particular client is a mid-Sized Buildings Systems MEP Firm with +/- 400 employees nationwide:Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire protection, Lighting, Technology Commissioning for Healthcare, Commercial, Higher Education, Laboratory and more.ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES• HVAC design (airside, hydronic, steam) for a wide variety of multi-disciplinary project types• Ductwork, piping, sizing, fan, pumps, air and water flow, SD, DD, CD• Equipment sizing and calculations, load calculations, systems applications, Energy modelingREQUIRED/ HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar• REVIT, Trane Trace or HAP or IES VE Energy Modeling software• EIT or PE License w/ 7+ yrs. of experience
