This position requires a highly analytical supply chain professional to support optimizing safety stocks, reporting and supporting obsolescence avoidance and execution, developing analytical tools, and delivering actionable insights to improve inventory performance. This position collaborates closely with IBP partners, particularly supply planning, customer supply chain, and sales.\r\nThis is a hyrbid position working 3 days a week in the office.\r\nScope of the Role\r\nOptimize safety stocks through data analysis, scenario modeling, and parameter configuration to balance service, cost, and cash objectives.\r\nOwn system settings for safety stocks across thousands of materials, run cross-functional reviews, and collaborate with key stakeholders.\r\nSupport projects and partner across functions to project inventory levels and future obsolescence\r\nDevelop and enhance analytical tools and dashboards in Power BI and Excel.\r\nDeliver actionable insights on safety stock, cycle stock, and pipeline stock to drive inventory optimization.\r\nExperience Required\r\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, or relevant experience\r\nMinimum 1+ years of supply chain and analytical experience\r\nProven ability to improve key metrics and develop actionable analytics\r\nCritical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset\r\nProficiency and comfortable working with large datasets\r\nExperience with advanced supply chain planning tools such as SAP IBP Inventory Optimization is a plus\r\nBenefits\r\nWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
