and selection of an iPaaS platform that best supports Dynatron's current and future integration needs.\r\nLead the technical architecture and implementation of the selected iPaaS solution.\r\nEstablish integration standards, patterns, and best practices.\r\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable and secure integration workflows connecting enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, HR, and customer platforms.\r\nDevelop integration processes (\"recipes,\" \"flows,\" or \"pipelines\") to synchronize data across systems including Salesforce or Sugar CRM, Oracle NetSuite, Paycom, and future platforms.\r\nImplement robust data transformations and mappings to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.\r\nBuild automated workflows supporting employee onboarding and offboarding by integrating HR systems with downstream applications.\r\nEnable 360-degree customer visibility by connecting decentralized Sales, Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance systems.\r\nPartner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable technical integrations.\r\nDesign and manage REST and SOAP APIs across internal and third-party systems.\r\nHandle complex data formats including JSON, XML, CSV.\r\nImplement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, etc.).\r\nProactively monitor integration health and performance.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve failed workflows through root-cause analysis.\r\nImplement error-handling strategies including retries, alerts, logging, and escalation paths.\r\nOptimize integrations for performance and high-volume data transfers.\r\nProduce clear technical documentation, diagrams, and runbooks for integrations.\r\nCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, HR, Customer Success, and IT teams.\r\nWhat You Bring\r\nTechnical Experience\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.\r\n3+ years of hands-on experience with at least one major iPaaS platform (e.g., Workato, Dell Boomi, Tray.io).\r\nStrong understanding of enterprise system integrations, APIs, and asynchronous workflows.\r\nPlatform & Integration Expertise\r\nDeep familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce or Sugar CRM, Jira, and customer support or success tools.\r\nStrong knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), and SQL for data analysis and validation.\r\nProblem Solving & Execution\r\nProven ability to debug complex integration workflows and manage failure scenarios.\r\nExperience designing resilient error-handling and monitoring strategies.\r\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability for system reliability.\r\nCommunication & Documentation\r\nAbility to create clear technical diagrams (UML or similar) and operational documentation.\r\nComfortable collaborating across functions and explaining
