Works under the direction of the Internal Logistics Supervisor to maintain a clean and organized warehouse, as well as accurate inventory counts. Assists with physical loading/unloading of inbound/outbound shipments. Directs internal logistics team members as necessary to insure the proper flow of goods throughout the facility. Maintains and enforces adherence to meet the requirements of the Quality Management System as well as the Marine Equipment Directive (MED), the Pressure Equipment Safety Requirement (PESR), and the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).\nDuties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nDistribute material from the stock room to the production floor in a quick an efficient manner.\nTransfer product between departments when required.\nReceive incoming inventory and enter all associated data into company ERP system.\nWork with QA and Purchasing departments to ensure all necessary documentation accompanies incoming shipments.\nEnsure all stock movements are entered into company ERP system.\nMaintain a neat and orderly warehouse at all times.\nLoad and unload trucks as required.\nVerify accurate PN and quantity of all incoming shipments.\nDisposition product cleared by QA for input into warehouse.\nPerform cycle counts of inventory on a quarterly basis or as directed by supervisor.\nWork under direction of supervisor to maintain clean and organized company storage trailers.\nAssist other departments as required.\nAttend meetings as required.\nAdhere to all company policies and safety procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned by department supervisor.\nQualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.\nReasoning Ability:\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
