A successful candidate will bring deep experience working within U.S. law enforcement and engaging with high-level officials.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAct as the primary liaison between Skydio and law-enforcement customers.\r\nManage cost, performance, scheduling, project planning, technical execution, risk management, and problem solving for each contract.\r\nLearn and apply technical concepts quickly to dig into program dependencies and manage technical risks.\r\nUtilize program management skills and technical capability to deliver the best outcome for the customer.\r\nProvide input into a wide range of technical activities within the company.\r\nOperate in a high-activity/fast-paced environment handling ambiguity and multiple tasks or projects concurrently.\r\nCollaborate with Customer Success, Technical Support, Product, Marketing, Development and Engineering teams.\r\nImpact\r\nBe a highly collaborative, requirements-driven planner with a deep sense of ownership and accountability.\r\nPlan and design end-to-end deployment and integration activities ensuring successful launch and operational success.\r\nManage production and implementation programs against cost, schedule and technical requirements.\r\nTranslate customer requirements to Skydio's agile product and technical teams.\r\nEstablish relationships with law-enforcement customers and build plans with Skydio's engineering teams.\r\nInform Skydio and customer leaders regarding contract management risks and opportunities.\r\nProvide general support to go-to-market and business activities as required.\r\nWhat Makes You a Good Fit\r\nExperience as a customer-facing professional services, program manager, or customer success professional in a complex role—preferably for law enforcement agencies.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including interaction with senior leaders.\r\nProven track record of implementing new technology (hardware and software), agile development, and interfacing with technical teams to deliver on customer schedules.\r\nExperience in implementing internal business systems, processes and controls for large-scale law-enforcement projects.\r\nExperience with law-enforcement and commercial UAS and related software development.\r\nLaw-enforcement/Federal program-management experience (technology assessments, systems design, analysis, programmatic support, acquisition planning, and budget planning).\r\nOutstanding analytical thinker and problem solver, comfortable with data analytics and independent problem resolution.\r\nThinking \"out of the box\" to develop creative solutions.\r\nAbility to travel 40% annually.\r\nStrong location preference for D.C./VA area.\r\nCompensation\r\nBase salary range: $139,500 – $175,000.
