For immediate consideration, please contact us today to schedule your brief phone interview.Responsibilities Receive inbound calls and place outbound callsIdentify the nature of the call, collect relevant information, and provide solutionsRefer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topicsUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customersDocument all customer interactionsAttend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledgeQualifications YOU MUST BE A RESIDENT OF UTAH. We cannot consider anyone outside of Utah.High school diploma or GED preferred. We have protocols for those aged 14 to 17.Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferredExcellent phone and verbal communication skills and understanding of active listening techniques mandatoryStrong command and understanding of the English language and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
