In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include promoting the bank's services through community engagement, fostering new business opportunities, and supporting public relations initiatives. Additionally, you will represent the bank at community meetings and ensure positive communication that aligns with the organization's mission and values.QualificationsStrong skills in Community Engagement, building relationships, and fostering partnershipsExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and professional interactionsProficiency in Sales and the ability to identify and generate new business opportunitiesMinimum of 5-7 years of Banking experienceExperience in managing community outreach initiativesProven track record of working effectively in a multicultural environmentAbility to work on-site in Duluth, GA, and collaborate with team members and community stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferredKnowledge of financial services or prior experience in a banking environment is a plus
