Business Assistant (Administrative & Operations Support)

We’re looking for a trustworthy, organized, tech-savvy Business Assistant to help us close out ongoing projects and keep our tax business running smoothly. If you’re someone who gets things done without being chased, this role is for you. What You’ll Do You will handle everything except accounting, including: Building and maintaining a business binder (organized documents & records) Organizing physical and digital storage systems Managing tax business organizational projects Clearing backlogs of: Copies tied to tax returns Open document requests Assembling documentation for mediation work Supporting the close-out of pre-existing business (priority project) Possible light property management tasks, including communication with tenants as needed Who You Are Extremely organized and detail-oriented Very comfortable with paperwork and documentation Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, Google Docs, file systems) Strong typing skills Confident on the phone Trustworthy, likeable, and professional If asked to get something done, you get it done Comfortable working independently and asking smart questions Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus) Strong sense of data and numbers Experience with administrative or operations roles Interest in taking on more advanced projects over time Core DNA We’re Looking For Tech-savvy Organized Reliable Proactive Comfortable in Google Sheets & Docs Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tucson, AZ 85701
