We're looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer to help maintain applications, solve technical problems, and support our transition from a legacy ERP to a custom-built system.\n\nYou'll work alongside our Senior Software Developer and CTO, gaining hands-on experience solving real business problems and building new applications.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nAssist with developing and improving business applications.\nTest software and troubleshoot applications, order data, and integration issues.\nUse SQL and reporting tools to investigate problems and identify solutions.\nMaintain existing systems and support our custom ERP development.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n6 months to 2 years of software development or application support experience.\nExperience with JavaScript, JSON/XML APIs, relational databases, and SQL.\nLogical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nProfessional communication and teamwork skills.\nWillingness to learn new tools and technologies.\n\nOur Technology: JavaScript, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Retool, n8n, Cursor, REST APIs, Postman, AWS, and DigitalOcean. Experience with these tools is a plus.\n\nSkills Assessment\n\nCandidates must complete a basic JavaScript assessment with screen sharing. The assessment must be completed independently, without AI tools or outside assistance. This allows us to evaluate your programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.\n\nWork Details\nLocation: On-site in Lone Jack, Missouri.
