This role works closely with various stakeholders, departments, and operational leaders to ensure that every detail is managed and communicated clearly to meet the business requirements.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Prepare detailed project takeoffs to develop bills of materials (BOM), including plant and field materials, piece-specific dimensions, and weightsPlan, schedule, and distribute daily and weekly production schedules to the plant, adjusting as needed, including:Developing daily hollow core bed schedulesUploading hollow core bed data to the plotterScheduling daily and weekly wet-cast production and concrete ordersProcure project-specific production materials in accordance with job requirementsDistribute BOMs to Fabrication Shop Foreman to support fabrication and tracking of steel and embed ordersOrder production materials and supplies from approved vendors as directed by location leadershipConduct monthly inventory counts as required by the job costing departmentCoordinating with site leadership on additional tasks that would include purchasing, production reporting, and coordination with the Scheduling Manager.Ensuring review of hardware and production supplies is audited and ordered in a timely and efficient manner.
