We're looking for a skilled and self-motivated Diesel Mechanic to keep our mixed fleet running at peak performance — because when our trucks are down, so is our business.Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.What You'll Do:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a mixed fleet of tow trucks, including both newer and high-mileage vehicles requiring close attentionService and maintain Dodge Ram 4500 chassis vehicles and Jerr-Dan towing systemsService tow dollies and associated towing equipmentDiagnose and repair both diesel and unleaded passenger vehiclesManage the parts room, including inventory control, parts ordering, and supplier price negotiation to control costsAssist in assessing vehicle damage claims with accuracy and professionalismMaintain accurate maintenance records and communicate clearly using basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)Partner with drivers and management to minimize vehicle downtime and keep the fleet road-readyWhat We Offer:Competitive Compensation: $30–$36 per hour based on experience, with room to discuss performance-based incentives for candidates who bring strong ideas to the tableCareer Advancement Opportunities: As we continue to grow, we value team members who want to grow with us into lead technician or fleet management rolesBenefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family healthy.
