Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship\nResponsibilities\nUses a variety of reporting tools and sources to analyze and evaluate performance across our sites (users, sessions, orders, revenue etc.) addresses any issues that arise.\nUses python to automate, clean, re-structure, and analyze large datasets.\nUtilizes python to build predictive models to forecast future site performance. Uses these models to work with internal stakeholders on budget planning and goal setting.\nUtilizes python, SQL, and Tableau, to develop robust interactive visualizations, reports and dashboards that benchmark site performance, identifies trends, and detects areas of concern.\nInteracts with various Python APIs (REST, SOAP etc.) using Python Requests and JSON parsing techniques.\nUses ETL process to unify data from multiple areas of the business.\nConducts both ad hoc and ongoing historical analyses on business line specific KPIs. Clearly and visually communicate relevant findings and offer recommendations to grow revenue.\nCommunicates current revenue performance to stakeholders and executives.\nProposes solutions and strategies to business challenges.\nLeads the charge on finding ways to make accessing data and insights easier, including alerting stakeholders to potential problems.\nCollaborates with cross-functional teams to determine the business value of various product initiatives.\nEnsures data integrity across all reporting, such as honoring validation processes and identifying areas to improve. workflow and consistency in reporting infrastructure and processes.\nRequirements:\nIntermediate python programming skills for ETL and data analysis.\n3+ years’ experience writing Python scripts for ETL and data analysis.\n3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in media, tech, advertising, or ecommerce.\n3+ years of experience retrieving data from various databases/warehouses using SQL\n1+ years’ experience creating dashboards in Tableau Desktop.\nAdvanced level expertise in Excel.\nStrong analytical/quantitative skills and comfortable working with very large sets of data.\nExperience using various reporting services, pulling data from multiple sources, and using databases to query and extract relevant data.\nProven track record of compiling data in comprehensive reports, analyzing trends and making fact-based recommendations.\nDemonstrated resourcefulness and self-reliance, strong self-teacher passionate about problem solving.\nComfortable with presenting findings to a variety of different audiences and in multiple formats (written, verbal, visual).\nAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects, clients, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nHighly proactive, results-oriented with strong customer service orientation and excellent attention to detail.\nProven team player with the ability to work independently.\nProfessional verbal/written communication skills.\nPreferred Skills/Qualifications:\nIntermediate or higher skill level in python for ETL and data analysis for very large data sets.\nExperience using python to query APIs.\nFamiliarity with media and ecommerce KPIs\nExperience building effective machine learning algorithms and predictive models.\n\nBenefits\nLegacy.com offers a very generous and comprehensive benefits package, including:\nMedical, Dental and Vision, Basic & Supplemental Life Insurance, HSA, FSA, Accident Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and more!
