When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.\n\nSkills and Experience:\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\n2+ years of relevant experience.\n\nExperience with packing, shipping, and data entry.\n\nPrior experience with commercial packaging best practices.\n\nWorking knowledge of Oracle MRP Inventory Management principles and Shipping/Receiving modules.\n\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nKnowledge of MS Excel and Oracle (or a similar accounting system).\n\nForklift experience and/or certification.\n\nCitizenship Requirements:\n\nMust be a U.S. citizen.
