The primary responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, identifying and managing periodontal disease, and supporting overall dental care needs as part of a collaborative team. The role requires direct patient interaction and commitment to delivering exceptional care with a focus on patient comfort and well-being.QualificationsExpertise in Dentistry and Dental Care, with a strong focus on patient-centered practicesProficiency in Dental Hygiene and Dental Prophylaxis techniquesKnowledge and experience in identifying and managing Periodontal DiseaseEffective communication skills with the ability to educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative careCurrent Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of MichiganCommitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environmentTeam-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skillsExperience with modern dental tools and technology is a plus
