This position will assume the responsibility and accountability for the execution of all project assignments as determined by the lead project manager and Alterman management. Tasks will be carried out at the lowest cost, safely, and at the highest quality consistent with contract requirements and good business practices.\r\nLocation: Austin\r\nJob Duties And Responsibilities\r\nAbility to effectively work with 5 key components: account management, project management, project planning, material procurement, and labor as directed by the lead project manager.\r\nWork with the lead PM to identify \"critical path activities\" of the project, then assist in preparing documentation required to accomplish these activities and submit to lead project manager for final approval.\r\nAssist with the coordination and preplanning of a project: review plans & specs, budgeting, job cost entry, scheduling, preparing project documents, monitor productivity, assist with job cost projections, contract interpretation, and attend project meetings when necessary.
