The Project Coordinator is a field-focused role responsible for managing end-to-end coordination of Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) bulk deployment projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact between internal teams, developers, and builders, ensuring projects are executed efficiently from construction through resident activation and closing.\n\nPay Rate: $32 per hour plus $64 per day allowance\nKey Responsibilities\nProject & Relationship Management\nAct as the single point of contact for developers, builders, and internal stakeholders.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with property stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.\nSite Coordination & Field Oversight\nConduct regular site visits to verify infrastructure readiness, including conduit, smurf tube, and other build requirements.\nMonitor construction progress and identify risks, delays, or issues requiring escalation.\nEnsure proper installation of infrastructure components in coordination with developers and internal teams.\nProject Execution & Delivery\nSupport implementation of bulk contracts, including kickoff (“Heads-In”) meetings and ongoing coordination.\nTrack project milestones such as first service dates, build readiness, and closing timelines.\nCoordinate service readiness, ensuring all equipment and systems are activated prior to unit closings.\nConfirm all addresses and units are properly loaded into ordering and service systems prior to activation.\nOperational Coordination\nCoordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely order creation and service delivery (3–5 day scheduling windows).\nArrange technician access, scheduling, and execution timelines.\nFacilitate weekly team meetings and maintain shared tracking tools for properties and contacts.\nReporting & Communication\nProvide ongoing updates on project status, readiness, and risks to internal stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate tracking of build progress, infrastructure readiness, and project milestones.\nCoordinate closing communications and transition updates for internal teams and external partners.\nIssue Resolution & Support\nIdentify and resolve issues during all phases of the build process.\nEnsure a smooth transition from construction to occupancy, including resident activation support.\nRemain engaged through final occupancy to ensure full project completion.\nQualifications\nExperience in telecommunications, fiber deployment, construction coordination, or MDU project management.\nStrong field coordination and stakeholder management experience.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\nComfortable working in a field-based, hands-on environment with frequent site visits.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with bulk MDU deployments or large-scale residential developments.\nKnowledge of fiber infrastructure (conduit, smurf tube, service activation).\nFamiliarity with project tracking tools and reporting systems.\nWork Environment\nField-based role with regular site visits across South Utah developments.\nFrequent coordination with cross-functional internal teams and external partners\n\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes\nPay Weekly\nHealth, Vision, & Dental Insurance\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\n401k Plan\nPaid sick leave in accordance with any applicable state or municipal laws\nGridSource is a proud supporter of our U.S. military, veterans, and their families.
