We provide our Summer Analysts with the tools necessary for professional growth and career advancement. The goal of the Summer Analyst program is to develop the ideal candidate into a US Analyst position upon graduation.Summary of the roleThe position's responsibilities include the following: providing primarily support to the Data team within the Compliance Transversal Teams in the various data, reporting or IT initiatives involving or led by the Compliance Division.Key ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with stakeholders throughout the Compliance Division organization, assist in the development of automated solutions, policies, and procedures.Assist in evaluating e-communication alertsAssist in refreshing policies and procedures relevant to the functionsSupport team in the production of periodic reports or committee decksAssist in responding to regulatory inquiries, audits, examinations and investigations.Assist in developing training and educational materials to make employees aware of their compliance obligationsManagement and ReportingThe position reports directly to the Head of Compliance Team in the Americas.Key Internal ContactsThe employee will most likely interact on a regular basis with Head Office Compliance and Americas based Compliance team personnel.Key External ContactsThe employee may have occasion to interact with external consultants for special projects.Position locationGeographical areaAmerica, United States Of AmericaCityNEW YORKCandidate criteriaMinimal education levelHigh school / Secondary school / A levels / AS levels / IBLevel of minimal experience0-2 yearsExperienceMinimal QualificationsCandidate has a graduation date between the time period of December 2026 - June 2027Candidate is eligible to work in the USCandidate will require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future (including but not limited to F1, OPT, CPT, etc.)Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of Data Management & Information SystemsKnowledge of Microsoft ApplicationsFamiliarity with Compliance Regulatory RequirementsInterested in Finance and Investment BankingLanguages
