We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative environment that fosters skill development and active involvement in the company’s growth.\n\nJob Description\n\nWe are seeking a capable Embedded Software Verification Engineer with experience in real-time embedded software verification.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be capable of reliably receiving and implementing a verification strategy in alignment with verification lifecycles to satisfy DO-178 objectives. This individual will provide reliable verification results to certification and development teams.\n\nLocation: The role can be onsite (CT), hybrid, or fully remote.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nIndependently perform all verification activities for embedded aerospace and defense systems including but not limited to artifact review, test case/test procedure development, analysis and results compilation.\nCollaborate with hardware, development, and certification teams.\nEnsure compliance of verification artifacts in accordance with DO-178C objectives.\nAwareness of a variety of testing strategies such as simulation, integration, target hardware, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments.\nEnsure efficient and accurate implementation of testing solutions in alignment with high-level and low-level requirements, including accurate traceability.\nIdentify, isolate, and analyze verification findings.\nSupport verification efforts in alignment to developed schedules and quality objectives while interfacing with internal stakeholders.\nProvide technical support to junior engineers.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline.\nMinimum of 3+ years of experience in embedded software development or verification.\nStrong understanding of:\nVerification methods and strategies\nC/C++ or similar embedded languages\nPython and other equivalent scripting languages\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigation skills.\nProficient written and verbal communication skills.\nU.S. Citizenship is required.
