This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the field, takes pride in quality installations, and is ready to be a key part of delivering reliable communications infrastructure to our clients.\n\nResponsibilities:\nInstall, terminate, and test structured cabling systems including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cable\nPull and route low-voltage cabling through walls, ceilings, conduit, and cable trays\nTerminate data jacks, patch panels, and fiber connectors with precision and care\nPerform cable testing and troubleshooting using industry-standard equipment\nRead and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical diagrams on job sites\nCoordinate with project managers, general contractors, and clients on-site\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards\nRequirements:\nPrior experience in low-voltage cabling, structured wiring, or telecommunications installation\nProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cable testing equipment\nAbility to work in various environments including attics, crawl spaces, and elevated lifts\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to clean, professional installations\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday\nBICSI certification or low-voltage license is a plus but not required\nAbout Us:\nCommunications Install Solutions Inc is a trusted provider of professional cabling and communications infrastructure services in the Pacific Northwest.
