The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Enablon configuration, incident management, and EHS functional processes, along with strong stakeholder communication and troubleshooting skills.This is a fully remote opportunity supporting global EHS operations and enterprise application environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 & L3 support for Enablon applications and modulesManage user incidents, access requests, and system troubleshootingMonitor application errors and ensure deployment stabilityConduct periodic validation of active users and clientsLead weekly/monthly operational review meetingsPrepare KPI reports on data completeness and support metricsConfigure, modify, and customize Enablon implementationsTranslate business requirements into technical specificationsSupport and maintain:Risk ManagementMetricsHealth & Safety / Incident ManagementAuditShared FunctionsServe as the techno-functional support lead for Enablon operationsProvide technical documentation and recurring issue resolution guidesEnsure timely and high-quality delivery of support activitiesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in EHS domainMinimum 2 years of hands-on Enablon implementation/support experienceChampion-Level Enablon Certification REQUIREDCertified in:BuilderShared FunctionsIMSAudit ModulesStrong knowledge of:Risk ManagementMetricsHealth & Safety Management SystemsIncident ManagementAudit & Shared FunctionsStrong understanding of:Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)Occupational HealthSustainability conceptsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting additional EHS software platformsUnderstanding of EHSQ standards within capital projects industriesExperience in enterprise operational support environmentsExposure to global stakeholder management
