The role also includes managing compliance, audits, and providing necessary documentation.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nResponsible for Material/CAPEX/Service procurement.\nResponsible for purchasing and cost reduction initiatives.\nInternal/External customer focus to address issues.\nImplement negotiations and contracts, collaborating with the relevant partners to optimize terms, cost and deliverables, ensuring the quality of service/ goods, and mitigating risks.\nMaintain relationships with key functional managers and their teams to ensure understanding of their needs and to facilitate the appropriate level of challenge.\nResponsible for MSA, annual contract, and bid management.\nComply with global procurement standard operating procedures, policies and file systems.\nReview supplier performance against contracted obligations, service levels and business requirements.\nMaintain material code and other configurations in ERP/SAP, S2P programs.\n\nQualifications:\n\nA minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required for this position.\nA minimum of 5 years' experience as Buyer/ Lead Buyer.\nKnowledge of industry bidding procedures and criteria.\nStrong communication, influencing, collaboration skills.\nStrong contract management and negotiations skills.\nStrong Project and change management capabilities.\nStrong verbal and written communication skill with ability to expertly present sophisticated information in excel, power point and SAP.\nAbility to continuously improve working efficiency through extensive KPI program.\nExcellent computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiar with ERP/SAP system.\nExperience in working with multi-cultural teams.\nSelf-motivated over achiever with a drive to excel.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nGMP Pharma/ Biopharma purchasing experience required.\nExperience with contract development and execution.\nData & cost-driven decision maker.\nAbility to mentor younger buyers/ planners.\n\nThe estimated pay range for the role is between $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and skill set.\n\n#AH\n\n#PB\n\nBenefits:\n\nBenefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match that vests fully on day one.
