Our programs produce job-ready graduates who are prepared to contribute from day one.\n\nThis is a part time, contract position.\n\nProgram Overview:\n\nTarget audience: Employees on Revenue Growth Management teams, responsible for pricing and promotions across products and brands\n\nPrimary objective: Improve employees' proficiency in leveraging commercial analytics with new in-house RGM.AI analytics tool for more effective and informed decision-making\n\nProgram Specific Details (dates, times, etc)\n\nOnboarding session TBD (early October)\n3 sessions, one a week, starting in Mid-October\nDemo Day\nExact dates and times TBD\n\nExpected Time Commitment\n\nOnboarding Session: ~45 minutes with our team to review program expectations\nAttending Sessions: 1.5 hours (x3 sessions) + Demo Day\nSession Preparation: 30 minutes to review the deck & prepare for the live session (x3 sessions)\nAsync Team Coaching Support: ~1 hour per team per week reviewing work and providing detailed feedback\nLive Team Coaching Support: ~30 min per team per session; 1-1 meetings with each team to discuss feedback and help teams progress (this is optional for teams)\nWeekly Team Meeting: ~30 min per week (~3 weeks total)\nDemo Day Preparation: Conduct a dry-run with each team to review their presentation and provide feedback\nCore Responsibilities\n\nDuring Live Sessions\n\nJoin the live session at least 15 minutes early and be active throughout.\nSupport the LI by:\nMonitoring and responding to participant questions in chat in real time.\nFacilitating breakout rooms and ensuring groups understand tasks, stay on track, and complete activities.\nHelping learners go beyond surface-level answers (clarify use cases, strengthen prompts, encourage peer learning).\nTeach validation and healthy skepticism: how to sanity-check AI-generated interpretations\nFlag urgent issues, trends, or blockers to Correlation One staff (via internal Slack channel).\nStep in to support session continuity if the LI encounters technical issues (as needed).\nOffice Hours\nHost 30-minute office hours sessions as requested/scheduled by assigned teams\nSupport learner project questions, tooling issues, and concept clarification.\nProvide support and feedback on deliverables\nEscalate recurring issues or trends to the C1 team.\n\nDeliverables Review\n\nReview team submissions\nProvide detailed, actionable feedback\nEnsure feedback is delivered within 72 hours of submission\nReport on team progress to C1 team weekly\nNon-Live Support & Communication\nRespond to participant questions within 24 hours.\nAttend weekly C1 team sync\nLog hours weekly in coaches workbook\n\nTools & Technologies\n\nGoogle Meet: Live sessions\nClient BP Account Access: Communication with participants\nRGM.AI Access: Colgate internal tool\nSlack (Internal): Coordination with Correlation One team and other coaches\n\nWho you are\n\nNative Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English\nA hands-on data practitioner with experience applying analytics to real business challenges\nA hands-on user of generative AI in a real commercial or analytics job — not just familiar with it, but able to show a workflow they've actually improved with it.\nComfortable working with commercial, sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams\nAble to translate data outputs into practical, actionable insights\nConfident navigating dashboards, tools, and data models in live sessions\nSkilled at guiding participants through exercises and reinforcing key learning points\nAdaptable, and responsive to different learning styles and levels of data maturity\nOrganized and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth session support\nProfessional and collaborative, fostering a constructive and engaging learning environment\nFamiliar with enterprise AI governance and data-confidentiality norms in a CPG or client-data context\n\nCompensation\n\nThe compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions.
