facilityManage capital project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget executionCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory affairsServe as primary interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliersEstablish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management frameworksQualification & Experience:Proven understanding of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process.Proven ability to influence decision making with executive level stakeholders.Proven exceptional social and diplomacy skillsProven ability to lead and manage a team across a multi-departmental project with direct and indirect management of functional resourcesExcellent communication and organization skills, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.Documented success with leading capital projects in excess of (USD)100MM.Proven ability to operate under high-pressure in a timeline constrained environment.Skills :Experience managing large capital projects, including new buildings or building expansions, preferably within pharma or bio industry.Education :Bachelor's
