This role ensures that clinicians and care teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, workflows, and compliance requirements necessary to deliver high-quality patient care.\nThis role plays a critical part in improving patient outcomes, reducing readmissions, strengthening clinical competency, and enhancing staff engagement and retention through structured onboarding, ongoing education, and mentorship.\nThe Staff Developer partners closely with Clinical Leadership, Operations, Quality, Compliance, and HR to implement scalable training programs that align with organizational workflows, regulatory requirements, and value-based care initiatives.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\nTraining & Education\nDevelop and deliver structured onboarding programs and ongoing in-service education for all clinical roles.\nDesign curriculum that includes foundational training, refresher courses, and advanced clinical education (e.g., chronic disease management, transitions of care, staff education, or healthcare training.\nExperience in population health, post-acute care, palliative care, case management, or value-based care preferred.\nExperience developing curriculum, facilitating adult learning, and managing onboarding programs.\nStrong knowledge of CMS, compliance, and clinical documentation standards.\nProficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office / training
