Responsibilities include accurate management of cases and timely communication with clients and attorney.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Case Management Obtain, review, and organize medical records\nInsurance coverage investigation\nPrepare, calculate, and maintain damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage\nLog daily mail\nPrepare and forward medical records to insurance carriers\nDraft correspondence necessary for case management\nBalance verifications and assist with subrogation lien resolution\nPrepare check requests, maintain check records, and mail checks\nAssist attorney with settlement documentation and disbursements\nPrepare disbursement summaries\nCommunication Consistent and regular communication with clients regarding case status\nWeekly reports\nMonthly team meetings\nProvide support for other team members in their absence\nMeet/exceed goals\nRegular, consistent, punctual attendance.\nOther duties as assigned.\n*Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nRequirements Skills Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel\nLegal practices and procedures.\nBusiness practices.
