The program specialist will ensure major project deliverables are completed while implementing the Structured Decision Making (SDM) model of decision-support assessments that promote safety and well-being for children and adults.\n\nWHAT WILL YOU DO?\nGet ready to:\nDevelop workplans and manage specific deliverables in our child welfare and adult protection system improvement projects.\nEngage daily with our client social service agencies around the world and travel when needed (approximately 25–40% of the time) to our client sites.\nCollaborate as a team across disciplines to help improve systems.\nFacilitate and lead meetings, trainings, and workgroups.\nDevelop SDM® training materials, manuals, and curricula.\nWrite reports, newsletter articles, blog posts, and other materials.\nOUR COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT OFFERINGS\nThe national average salary for this position ranges between $75,000 and $95,000 per year. Compensation within this range is dependent on experience, parity with peers, and where an employee lives.
