Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment following safety protocols Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and ongoing maintenance practices for lawns, gardens, or agricultural areas Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments administered, and follow-up recommendations Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines Be able to work independently while maintaining company equipment and getting to job sites in a safe, timely manner. Be able to coordinate and communicate both in person and via phone or messaging apps with customers. Skills Knowledge of pest control methods and products Be able to pass the Oklahoma Service Tech Exam or have already passed the exam. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment efficiently Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe vehicle operation Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to clients Willingness to learn new techniques in pest management, lawn care, and land maintenance This paid position offers an engaging environment where your proactive approach makes a real difference.
