As a team, we collaborate globally to reach our ultimate goal—helping people.\nWe’re searching for a Carmel, IN based Technical Implementation Analyst to join our professional services team, so that we can provide further support to customers of our Policy Stat product The Technical Implementation Analyst will lead technical implementation projects to ensure our Policy Stat customers are set up for success.\n\nHow You’ll Spend Your Time\nAct as both a trusted guide and project coordinator to assist clients in the software onboarding process\nLead integration process of Policy Stat product in order to integrate with client’s network\nAssist to configure our SaaS environment to work seamlessly with the client environment\nDeliver training via webinar to customers in order to ensure optimal, efficient use of product\nAdvocate for clients’ needs to the product team to assist in process of finding a solution\n\nWhat Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having\nExperience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment\nProven success in a position that involved communicating strategically with customers as well as problem solving\nIn-depth knowledge on web-based applications and SAML/SSO\nAbility to commute to Carmel, IN a few days a week\nSincere interest in the success of our customers\nA knack for working autonomously within a customer-focused environment\n\nBy enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
