Account Manager (South Florida)POSITION SUMMARYThe Account Manager is responsible for the acquisition of new work by creating new client relationships and effectively fostering existing ones. This would also involve supporting work production and ensuring the completion of high-quality projects on time and on budget.What You'll DoSales & MarketingRetain and foster existing customer relationships and accounts while serving a lead role on projects.Identify opportunities (clients) for new work.Attend industry and client marketing events on behalf of CFI as necessary to strengthen networks and to identify new clients, players, and opportunities.Estimating & Preconstruction Support Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to understand project scopeWalk properties to gather field data, measurements, and photosAssist in preparing accurate, competitive estimatesProject Management & Field Operations Help plan, schedule, and oversee day-to-day project activitiesCoordinate subcontractors, materials, and jobsite logisticsEnsure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specificationCommunicate regularly with clients, team members, and leadership on progress and updatesFinancial & Administrative Support Support change order pricing, tracking, and documentationAssist with invoicing, progress billing, and coordination with accountingHelp track project costs, materials, and subcontractor activityPrepare and compile closeout documentationWhat You Bring Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesComfort working both in the field and in an office settingA proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detailAbility to work independently; motivated, self-starterWhy Join Us Hands-on experience across enhancing client relationships, estimating and project managementOpportunity to grow your career in construction operationsCollaborative team environment with strong leadership supportExposure to a wide range of multifamily renovation projectsEducation and Experience Undergraduate or graduate degree in construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience.2+ years of related experience required BENEFITS Health: Employee coverage 100% employer-paid Dental & Vision Insurance available.
