This role sustains high availability, supports troubleshooting and fault isolation, implements approved changes, and maintains accurate network documentation in coordination with internal teams and external mission partners.\r\nThis position is contingent upon contract award.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nConfigures and maintains network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls) and essential network services to ensure stable, secure connectivity.\r\nContinuously monitors network performance and promptly troubleshoots any outages or degradations to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.\r\nImplements VLAN, routing, and other connectivity changes through approved change management processes, ensuring reliable and controlled network modifications.\r\nMaintains current network diagrams and configuration documentation, providing accurate records of network setups for effective planning, support, and audits.\r\nCoordinates with mission partners to identify and resolve boundary or connectivity issues, facilitating seamless integration and communication across networks.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nQualifications\r\nYears of Experience: 3–5+ years network engineering/operations.\r\nEducation Level: Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field (preferred); equivalent experience considered.\r\nClearance Requirements: Must have active Top Secret (TS) clearance and the ability to obtain TS with SCI access.\r\nCertification Requirements: CCNA or Network+ (minimum); CCNP preferred.\r\nTravel may be required for role.\r\nHands-on Cisco enterprise networking experience; familiarity with structured change/configuration control and secure network operations.\r\nBenefits\r\nEligible full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, retirement savings with company match, and paid time off.
