In this role, you will lead daily ELMS data cleansing and integrity troubleshooting, migrate legacy data into ELMS, and support requirements gathering and documentation for ELMS sustainment. This is a full-time opportunity. We can offer a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nConducts daily data cleansing of ELMS data\nProvides weekly data cleansing reports on the accuracy of data\nConverts legacy data contained in systems other than ELMS and migrates it into ELMS using commercially acceptable means (e.g., Microsoft Access) with pre-built reference tables\nContinues to update authorizations, assets, and UICs in ELMS to maintain currency\nAssists with fielding and resolving data-call issues\nTroubleshoots database issues and analyzes database integrity issues\nMaintains database updates, resolves known issues in a timely and effective manner, and escalates new issues to the system Program Office via help tickets or system change requests\nSupports troubleshooting and developing data solutions to address policy changes affecting Vehicle Fleet Management data requirements\nReports on Date of Last Inspection (DOLI) progress toward 100 percent completion of the vehicle fleet, trending within a\ntwo percent deviation\nSupports requirements gathering, testing, custom application development, legacy application modernization, and documentation for ELMS sustainment\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE\n4 to 6 years of database management or data governance experience, preferably within a DoW or federal environment\nExperience with data migration, data cleansing, and legacy system conversion\nWorking knowledge of ELMS or comparable property/asset accountability systems preferred\nStrong analytical skills for identifying and resolving data integrity issues\n\nREQUIRED EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data management, or related field; equivalent experience considered\n\nLOCATION\n445 Weyland Road, Langley AFB, VA. 23665\n\nCLEARANCE\nU.S. citizenship is required\n\nCLIENT\nUS Air Force (USAF), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)\nWORK HOURS\n40 hours per week\n8 hours per day\n\nEMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION\nEmployment Classification Eligibility — W2\n\nRELOCATION\nNot eligible for relocation benefits\n\nCOMPENSATION\nSalary range: $92,500 - $97,500\nBenefits: Benefits package includes options for health, dental, and vision insurance coverage; 401k contribution options\n\nWest 4th Strategy is an Equal Opportunity (EEO) employer.
