Cable TechnicianPay: $28–$30 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pmSapphire Recruitment is seeking experienced Cable Technicians to support wire harness and cable assembly operations for a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong hands-on soldering experience, cable assembly knowledge, and the ability to work from technical drawings.Training will be provided, but candidates should bring prior experience in cable and wire harness assembly. This is a temporary to hire opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform cable and wire harness assembly work according to specificationsAssist with equipment setups as trainedComplete soldering work involving contacts, connectors, wires, and terminalsRead and follow 2D drawings, work instructions, and production documentationSupport quality control activities under guidanceDocument daily work activity accuratelyFollow company safety, quality, and department proceduresPerform other related duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior cable assembly, wire harness assembly, or related manufacturing experienceIPC/WHMA-A-620 certification strongly preferredHands-on soldering experience required, especially with contacts, connectors, wires, and terminalsJ-STD-001 certification is helpful but not requiredAbility to solder to Class III requirements preferredAbility to understand 2D drawings and work instructionsStrong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to qualityCandidates may be asked to complete a hands-on soldering assessment as part of the hiring process.How to ApplyFor immediate consideration, submit your resume to mfgresume@hiresapphire.com.Sapphire Recruitment is an EOE.
