To learn more about our purpose and values, visit our career site at https://careers.reece.com/us/Purpose In support of improving CX, lifecycle marketing, and digital optimization across Reece USA, this role will serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and IT teams to help operationalize scalable customer journeys, marketing automation, platform connectivity, and digital experience improvements across all divisions.This role is responsible for helping build the foundation for lifecycle marketing and the future digital customer experience at Reece through automation, customer segmentation, reporting, website optimization, platform coordination, and customer journey development.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Automation & Lifecycle MarketingBuild, execute, and optimize automated customer journeys across all Reece divisionsDevelop triggered automation programs tied to customer behaviors, purchase history, branch interactions, events, website engagement, and customer feedbackSupport lifecycle marketing initiatives including post-purchase engagement, reactivation, event follow-up, and customer retention programsDevelop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to support personalized communications and customer journey optimizationEstablish best practices for automation workflows, audience segmentation, campaign execution, and lifecycle communicationsSupport A/B testing and customer journey experimentation to identify engagement opportunities and friction pointsMarketing Technology & Platform CoordinationPartner closely with IT to support integration and optimization of marketing platforms and customer data flowsSupport ongoing platform transition initiatives including Builder.io to Contentful, Salesforce to Dynamics, and customer data integration into SnowflakeAssist with testing and optimization of new digital tools, automation capabilities, and CX technologiesSupport optimization of Reece’s marketing technology ecosystem in partnership with ITIdentify opportunities to reduce manual processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency through automation and digital optimizationCustomer Experience & Digital OptimizationPartner with Marketing and IT teams to improve customer journeys across digital and in-branch experiencesHelp identify customer friction points and opportunities to improve usability, engagement, and communication effectivenessConduct ongoing website audits and identify opportunities to improve digital experience, content organization, customer navigation, and conversion pathsCollaborate with Marketing Specialists on identifying website content gaps and digital optimization opportunitiesAI & InnovationSupport evaluation and implementation of AI-powered marketing tools, automation opportunities, and digital CX enhancementsPartner with Marketing and IT leadership to identify innovative technologies and scalable automation practices that position Reece at the forefront of digital customer experience and marketing operationsKey Competencies And Skills Required Ability to build and scale a modern marketing technology ecosystemStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with ITAbility to balance hands-on execution with strategic system thinkingStrong project management and organizational skillsAnalytical rigor with a focus on continuous improvement and CX optimizationDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across all levelsDemonstrates learning agility, innovation, and a solutions-oriented mindsetExperience with Martech tools such as Builder.io / Contentful CMS, Salesforce / Dynamics CRM, Marketing Cloud or equivalent email platforms, Tealium, Power BI, Google Analytics, Highspot, and Monday.comMinimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology rolePreferred Qualifications Master’s degreeExperience working in the building products sectorExperience partnering with IT or engineering teams on system integrations and platform developmentOur commitment to excellent customer service is just part of our story.
