This role is critical to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and providing high-level administrative support to partners and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to partners, managers, and accounting staffManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate client appointmentsPrepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and financial documentsServe as a point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and welcoming experienceMaintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with firm standardsAssist with onboarding paperwork, engagement letters, and client documentationCoordinate office operations, including supplies, mail distribution, and vendor communicationSupport special projects, including tax season logistics and deadline trackingQualifications2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services or accounting environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document management systems is a plusExcellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor with a client-service mindsetPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a CPA firm or financial services environmentFamiliarity with tax or audit processes and terminologyAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldFor more information, please apply directly or reach out to Sam Swensen at sam.swensen@arkansastalentgroup.comArkansas Talent Group is an Executive Permanent Placement Recruitment Firm, all considerations will be held confidential.
