Partners for a Clean Environment (PACE) is dedicated to providing businesses in Boulder County with technical assistance and resources necessary to implement sustainability projects and reduce the negative impacts of their operations on the environment. PACE focuses on energy efficiency, transportation mobility, waste reduction, water quality, and conservation.As a program of PACE, the Business Sustainability Fellow will have a focus on equity outreach and working with businesses. Outreach campaigns will include the following programs: reusable solutions; compost contamination education: LED lighting upgrades; electric landscape equipment grants and refrigeration and kitchen equipment grants.While the position is predominantly focused on outreach, the Business Sustainability Fellow will also work with the PACE team to provide feedback on program design, implementation, and reporting. Candidates who speak Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, and other languages are encouraged to apply.This is an hourly, non-benefited position with an anticipated end date of 12/31/2026 that will work 20-25 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. This position is funded for up to 800 hours in 2026 with a flexible schedule of 20-40 hours per week. This position will work in the field with businesses as well as out of 2020 13th St., Boulder, Colorado.
