You will help establish hardened, standardized, and measurable endpoint security foundations that reduce risk while preserving productivity, partnering closely with IT and Security teams to deliver secure-by-default device experiences. This role blends hands-on software engineering with system-level security ownership in a modern cloud environment.\r\nPosting Type Remote/Hybrid\r\nResponsibilities Design, implement, and operate endpoint security controls across laptops and mobile devices\r\nBuild automation and tooling to enforce secure configuration baselines and reduce manual effort\r\nPartner with IT on device management, deployment, and lifecycle security\r\nReduce enterprise risk by hardening devices, limiting standing privilege, and improving visibility\r\nParticipate in incident response and endpoint-related investigations in partnership with Cyber teams\r\nContinuously improve endpoint security posture using metrics, telemetry, and risk insights\r\nMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience\r\n2+ years of commercial experience in software development and scripting (C#, Python, Java or other general-purpose modern programming language) with a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures\r\nExperience securing and operating managed endpoints at scale\r\nFamiliarity with modern device management and endpoint protection concepts\r\nAbility to translate security policy into automated, enforceable controls\r\nComfort working across teams to deliver secure outcomes without friction\r\nExperience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure), DevSecOps practices, and automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions)\r\nGrowth mindset and eagerness to learn across engineering and security domains\r\nAbility to take feedback and strive for continual improvement\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience securing cloud-native applications / SaaS solutions and networks\r\nFamiliarity with vulnerability scanning and threat protection\r\nRelevant certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500); Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)\r\nKnowledge of Zero Trust principles and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)\r\nExposure to other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)\r\nSalary and Benefits Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $104,000 and $156,000. The final offered salary will be based on factors including depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
