email—adjusting routes and schedules as needed\nCommunicate clearly with drivers, providing instructions to ensure successful, on-time deliveries\nMonitor routes and proactively adjust driver schedules to meet changing demands\nStep in quickly to manage urgent or emergency shipments\nCapture and update load details through systems like Omnitracs and direct driver communication\nCollaborate with the material planning team to align transportation with daily production needs\nMaintain accurate data in transportation management systems\nTrack and update key transportation metrics\nResearch and resolve issues, providing timely updates to internal and external stakeholders\nIdentify and support process improvements to make the transportation network more efficient\nWhat You Bring\n1–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or a related field\nStrong communication skills—you can coordinate across drivers, customers, and internal teams with confidence\nAbility to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-moving environment\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail\nWillingness to learn and
