production and prototype parts.Make or arrange prototype partsPackaging study and proposal to customer.Qualifications:BS/BE in Engineering or related field (required)Previous project experience (at least 2-3 years) in research and manufacturing environment (preferred)Experience work with automotive OEMs, and PPAP, Run at RateComputer Skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint)Drawing review experience and knowledge of GD &TKnowledge and execution experience of Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control PlanAbility to identify root cause of a problem, develop corrective action and lead the team resolution.Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with multiple projects concurrently.Strong time management and organizational skillsPhysical Requirements:Inside/warehouse conditions from 65-85 degrees FLong durations of standing/bendingLong durations of arms and handsAble to lift, move and pull up to 25 poundsRequired use of PPE equipment (provided)- may include hearing
