We are looking for hands-on ServiceNow developers in Latin America to work on an ITSM implementation and improvement programme for an established enterprise client. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred — the client team works in Spanish.\n\nThis is a build-and-fix role, not an advisory one. You will configure and script in ServiceNow, pick up incidents and requests, and resolve them without waiting to be told how.\n\nWhat you will do\nConfigure and develop in ServiceNow ITSM — incident, request, change, problem and CMDB.\nScript — Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions and Policies, Flow Designer, and integrations over REST and SOAP.\nBuild and maintain catalog items, workflows and forms.\nTroubleshoot independently — diagnose, reproduce, fix and verify, and say clearly what you did and why.\nWork with client stakeholders directly, in Spanish and in English.\nWhat you need\nHands-on ServiceNow development, not administration only.\nStrong scripting — JavaScript in the ServiceNow context, Glide APIs.\nSolid ITSM process knowledge — you know what a change record is for, not just where the field lives.\nDemonstrated independent troubleshooting. This role has limited hand-holding.\nSpanish at a professional level — strongly preferred.
