C Spire is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Media Buyer to execute, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across our core media channels. This is a highly hands-on, in-house role focused on precision execution, campaign performance, and operational excellence across both B2C and B2B initiatives. You will own live campaigns end-to-end—managing spend, optimizing performance in real time, and ensuring accuracy across all platforms. This role is designed for a seasoned operator who thrives in execution, testing, and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Do In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.Execute and Manage Media CampaignsExecute and manage customer acquisition campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), SEM (Google, Bing), and programmatic platforms (in-house DSP: StackAdapt)Own full campaign trafficking, including setup, QA, naming conventions, creative rotation, and launch readinessMaintain clean, consistent campaign structures and documentation across all platformsManage budgets, pacing, and delivery to align with approved plans and flightingIdentify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and test new channels or strategiesOptimize Performance and Drive ResultsPerform daily optimizations across bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creative to improve efficiency and outcomesMonitor performance trends and make in-platform adjustments to support acquisition and lead generation goalsManage creative rotation and refresh cadence, identifying fatigue and performance issuesExecute structured A/B testing across creative, audiences, placements, and bidding strategiesBuild and maintain a rigorous testing roadmap across the full funnelMeasure, Analyze, and ReportMonitor campaign performance using Adobe Analytics and other toolsValidate tracking, conversions, and data accuracy in partnership with analytics and web teamsSupport reporting efforts, including pacing, delivery, and KPI trackingQuickly identify and resolve performance issues or anomaliesCollaborate Cross-FunctionallyPartner with eCommerce, Analytics, Data Science, Web, UX/UI, Creative, and Strategy teams to execute campaigns effectivelyProvide actionable feedback on creative, targeting, and delivery performanceCollaborate with vendors to ensure alignment on execution standards and timelinesDeliver Operational ExcellenceMaintain strong campaign hygiene, QA discipline, and trafficking accuracyTroubleshoot platform, delivery, or tracking issues during live campaignsStay current on platform updates, buying mechanics, and ad product changesContinuously improve workflows and execution efficiencyQualificationsWhat You Will Bring As a C Spire team member, you will bring a relentless obsession to be the best in our industry and a winning mentality, determined to outsmart and outdo competitors. In addition to that, we require:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field or equivalent practical experience5–10+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketingProven experience driving customer acquisition and/or sales across paid social, search, and programmatic platformsExperience owning and optimizing live campaigns with significant budgets and minimal oversightHands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Google Analytics familiarity is a plus)Experience supporting both B2C and B2B campaignsStrong attention to detail with daily in-platform execution experienceSolid Excel skills for pacing, tracking, and reportingStrong written and verbal communication skillsWe will give special consideration to candidates who have:Experience in telecom, technology, or other performance-driven industriesDeep expertise across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and DSP platforms like StackAdaptExperience scaling campaigns from test phase to $5K+/day spendPrevious in-house experience supporting multiple internal stakeholdersWhat You Will GainA great workplace needs more than dental coverage, though we provide that and excellent health insurance.
