This role will partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, engineering teams, security teams, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable and secure technology solutions.Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesDefine end-to-end solution architecture, technical vision, and target-state architectures.Develop architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, standards, and solution documentation.Lead legacy modernization, cloud migration, and cloud-native transformation initiatives.Design scalable solutions using microservices, distributed systems, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.Partner with business stakeholders and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and solution brainstorming with engineering teams.Drive adoption of modern architecture and Agile/SAFe practices.Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Risk, Engineering, and Product teams.Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for improved scalability, performance, efficiency, and cost optimization.Support AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives where applicable.Provide technical guidance during deployment, production support, and incident resolution.Present architecture recommendations and technical strategies to senior stakeholders.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.18+ years of overall IT experience.8+ years of Solution Architecture experience.15+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE development experience.Strong expertise in:Enterprise & Design PatternsMicroservices ArchitectureCloud-Native ArchitectureDistributed SystemsEnterprise IntegrationAPI Architecture12-Factor ApplicationsExperience with AWS and/or Azure.Strong experience driving enterprise modernization and transformation initiatives.Experience working with Agile/SAFe teams.Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Generative AI / AI-ML initiatives.Mortgage or Financial Services industry experience.Experience evaluating COTS platforms and technology vendors.Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation programs.Advanced degree preferred.5+ years of leadership/task management experience.Accelyst is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
