Manage change orders and maintain accurate project financials.\nServe as primary client and stakeholder point of contact; communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans effectively and professionally.\nCoordinate permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal agencies.\nDevelop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, submittals, RFIs, as-built drawings, and closeout packages.\nImplement and enforce QA/QC and safety plans on-site; conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and performance.\nSupervise and mentor project staff and subcontractors; facilitate collaboration across engineering, operations, and field teams.\nUse project management software and reporting tools to track schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.\nSupport business development efforts by assisting with proposal development, client presentations, and technical input as needed.\nQualifications:\nBachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Masters degree or relevant certification (PMP, CCM) is a plus.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.\nMinimum 5-8 years of project management experience in water, sewer, stormwater, or pipeline construction and rehabilitation, with demonstrated experience in CIPP and force main projects.\nProven track record managing construction contracts, contractors, schedules, and budgets for municipal or utility infrastructure projects.\nStrong knowledge of pipeline rehabilitation methods (CIPP, sliplining, lining systems), trenchless technologies, and pipeline materials and installation practices.\nFamiliarity with regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and industry standards for water and wastewater systems.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and client-management skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nProficient in MS Office, scheduling and estimating software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar), and project management tools.\nAbility to perform field work, travel to project sites, and participate in extended site activities as required.\nValid drivers license and willingness to travel to regional project sites.\nBenefits\nMedical\nVision\nDental\n401(K)\nBonus\nAnd More!\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
