This role is responsible for preparing physical records for scanning by removing staples and bindings, organizing documents, and ensuring they are correctly ordered for digitization. The individual will review documents for completeness, apply barcodes or identifiers, and assist with basic indexing and labeling tasks to support accurate records conversion. Day-to-day work includes handling sensitive documents with care, following established workflows and security protocols, and collaborating with team members to meet project timelines.
