Your expertise will be instrumental in building and refining data pipelines and architectures to empower M3's creation of data-led products.\nThis role is open to all M3 locations.\nWI locations: Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, Wausau, Fond Du Lac, Kenosha, Eau Claire\nIL location: Rockford\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact\nDesign and develop cutting-edge data architectures, models, flows, and storage solutions.\nBuild and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration between source systems and our data warehouse.\nDevelop and refine ETL processes to guarantee clean, accurate, and readily accessible data for analysis.\nPartner with stakeholders to understand diverse data needs and craft tailored solutions.\nImplement rigorous data governance policies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.\nStay at the forefront of data engineering technologies and tools, driving continuous improvement.\n\nWhat You Will Need to Succeed\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.\n1-3+ years of experience with Cloud-based DW such as RDS, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.\nStrong experience in Python, Scala & Java.\nFamiliarity with Kimball, Star Schema, etc.\nExperience with orchestration tools such as Dagster, Airflow, Prefect, etc.\nExperience with container management frameworks such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECR, etc.\nAWS certifications such as Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Developer, Database, Data Analytics, Machine Learning.\n\nJoin us\nYour role at M3 won’t be about the boundaries presented in a job description – it’s about the possibilities that you can envision once you walk through the doors on your first day.
