You will work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand stakeholder requirements.\r\nDevelop Innovative Solutions: Design, code, and test component-level software solutions, ensuring unit tested and ready to be integrated into product.\r\nContribute to CI/CD Pipeline: Contribute to the automated CI/CD pipeline that takes code through various quality stages.\r\nDebug Customer Issues: Debug customer-reported problems, designing, developing, and unit testing code fixes.\r\nCollaborate with Stakeholders: Work in an Agile environment to understand stakeholder requirements and deliver solutions.\r\nTest and Deliver Offerings: Test and deliver offerings using leading-edge and/or proven technologies.\r\nRequired technical and professional expertise\r\nTo be eligible, candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, or PhD program, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2029.\r\nCoursework or project experience in software development using any programming language.\r\nFamiliarity with fundamental concepts such as data structures, basic algorithms, or debugging.\r\nExposure to front-end or back-end technologies (React, Node.js, Python, Java, SQL, etc.).\r\nExperience using Git or similar version control tools.\r\nInterest in cloud computing, containers, or modern deployment practices.\r\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.\r\nAbility to collaborate and learn quickly in a team environment.\r\nPreferred technical and professional experience\r\nExperience with cloud services (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP).\r\nFamiliarity with REST APIs and databases (relational or NoSQL).\r\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines or automation tools.\r\nPersonal or open-source projects that demonstrate creativity and initiative.\r\nUnderstanding of Agile development methods.\r\nIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
