Parts & Quick Service Advisor

LOCATION: DeNooyer Chevy - Marshall JOB TYPE: Full-time PAY: Hourly + commission DeNooyer Chevrolet Marshall is hiring a Parts Counter & Quick Service Advisor to work in a split role supporting both the Parts Department and Service Drive. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, customer interaction, and working closely with technicians. Job Overview This is a hybrid automotive dealership position responsible for parts counter sales and quick lane service advising. Daily duties will be divided between the Parts Department and Quick Service Lane based on workflow and customer demand. Key Responsibilities Assist technicians and customers with automotive parts lookup, quoting, and sales Process parts requests and repair orders using dealership DMS Parts and customer pick up and delivery when needed. Serve as a Quick Service Advisor for oil changes, tire rotations, filters, alignments, and maintenance services Check in customers, write service repair orders, and review completed work Recommend maintenance services and dealership service specials Communicate effectively with technicians, parts manager and service management Support both departments during peak hours and staffing needs Qualifications Automotive dealership experience in Parts Counter, Service Advisor, or Quick Service preferred but not required Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills Knowledge of vehicles, parts, or maintenance services preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive service environment Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay with commission Performance and CSI incentives or spiffs available Employee discounts on parts and service Monday-Friday NO WEEKENDS!
