Job Opportunity: Speech-Language PathologistWe are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, focusing on pediatric and school-based care. In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication, speech, and language disorders in children.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments to identify speech and language challenges in children.Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create effective treatment plans.Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy strategies.Monitor and document the progress of each child's therapy.Maintain precise records of assessments and treatment outcomes.Qualifications and RequirementsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Current state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Working ConditionsThis role involves working in various educational settings, providing services directly to students.
