The Role
In this entrepreneurial position, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert qualified high-net-worth individuals into new clients for a globally recognised investment firm.
You will operate with a high degree of independence, managing your own schedule and acquisition strategy.
All leads are warm and pre-qualified – no cold calling or active prospecting is required. You will engage directly with high-net-worth prospects, understand their financial situation, and guide them through a structured and consultative sales process.
Your role is purely focused on acquisition. All portfolio management, investment advice, onboarding, and client servicing are handled by specialised internal teams, allowing you to dedicate 100% of your time to generating new business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full acquisition cycle for high-net-worth prospects, from initial contact to conversion
Conduct high-level discussions with qualified leads to understand their financial situation and investment objectives
Convert inbound, pre-qualified leads into new clients and assets under management
Engage with individuals holding significant investable assets
Build strong and trust-based relationships through a consultative and professional sales approach
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to onboarding
Continuously develop your knowledge of financial markets and the firm’s investment solutions through structured training
Your Profile
4+ years of proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development within financial services
Strong track record in acquiring and closing high-net-worth clients
Comfortable discussing financial markets and investment-related topics with sophisticated individuals
Highly driven, performance-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication skills, combined with resilience and persistence
Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
Based in Germany and legally authorised to work as an independent professional
