Our Lead Dispatcher/Controller ensures the Dispatch team fills all the routes and provides Operators with timely instructions and responses. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.\n\nTransdev is proud to offer:\n\nCompetitive compensation package of minimum $60,000 - maximum $62,000\n\nBenefits include:\n\nVacation: minimum of two (2) weeks\n\nSick days: 5 days\n\nHolidays: 7 days\n\nOther standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability.\n\nBenefits may vary depending on location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee road service and trip performance measures, i.e. route start time, on-time performance, incidents\n\nRespond to customer questions and concerns about no shows, cancellations, and missed trips.\n\nManage vehicle operator emergency situations & escalated calls.\n\nSupervise staff on weekends and evenings.\n\nManage department reports and other communication tools.\n\nSupport the OCC Supervisor in training new employees.\n\nOther duties as required.\n\nQualifications :\n\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\n\nMinimum of 2-3 years of transit supervisory experience preferred.\n\nExcellent communication & interpersonal skills.\n\nSubject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
